Bourbon Selector

Step 1

Puzzles are found on the Bourbon Selector or Puzzle tabs on the menu. Click on the image with the flavor profile description to read more about the bottle in question.

Step 2

We provide the following clues to help you guess the Bourbon Selector’s choice.

1. List of Awards: A catalog of the most recent spirit awards earned by the highlighted bourbon or whiskey.
2. Flavor Profile: A detailed description of the flavor profile, aroma, palate, and finish of the bourbon or whiskey. It may use a wide range of descriptive terms such as vanilla, caramel, oak, spice, fruitiness, smokiness, etc., to paint a vivid picture of the spirit’s characteristics.
3. Description: The description may include subtle hints or clues about the identity of the bourbon or whiskey, such as mentioning the region where it is produced, age range, the type of barrels used for aging, or unique characteristics of the distillery’s production process. These hints can guide readers in their guesswork.
4. Proof: We try to list the exact proof of the bourbon or whiskey, but some bottles may vary from year to year so we might have to mention a range or category of proofs, such as low proof, standard proof, high proof, or barrel proof.
5. Distiller, Producer, or Blender: Then we give some sort of clue about the distillery, producer, or blender responsible for crafting the bourbon or whiskey.
6. Silhouette: A silhouette of the bottle shape without labels is given for a visual clue.
7. Puzzle Board: Lastly, we give the partially completed puzzle board of the product as the final clue.

Simply click on the spin wheel button at the end of the puzzle which will take you to Caskers.com to reveal the answer. The answers to all the puzzles are found on the solutions tab in number order or alphabetical order.
