Rich sweet caramel on the nose, followed by a subtle mint quality. Lightly sweet and orange on the palate with bold toasted grains, honey, vanilla, and custard in the finish.

Description

This Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey four-grain triple malt has a mash bill that consists of corn, malted barley, honey malted barley, and malted wheat. They malt all of the secondary grains to increase their depth, giving a flavor profile like no other. They blend a small batch of no more than 15 barrels to create the finished product.

Distiller, Producer, or Blender

The founder of this distillery is a Louisville local who started his career as a clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst. Having grown weary of the stagnant Bourbon scene, he immersed himself in the craft and exploration of Bourbon, driven by the ambition he put everything on the line to start to launch his own distillery. His vision? Modern whiskies that defy convention and present a fresh perspective on the essence of true whiskey.
