Flavor Profile
Toasted sugar, vanilla, rich caramel, baking spice, oak, and light apple on the nose. The palate is sweet with chocolate, caramel, and further spice. The finish is bold with rye spice and fireball candy.
Description
This Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is twice barreled for added complexity. After it’s fully matured, this Bourbon is finished in a second, custom toasted new oak barrel, where it’s left to develop even more sweet oak flavor.
